Shipping policy

We ship across the USA. Shipping rates vary based on:

• Item size and value
• Packaging needs
• Shipping method and destination

For oversized or fragile items, additional charges may apply. These will be discussed and approved before shipping.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Personalized items (custom-made to order) cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Non-personalized items can be returned within 3 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in original condition.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if the item is returned.
